Notrim (Watchman's) convention in Tel Aviv for the ceremony of awarding the
Hamishmar Ribbon for the Jewish Settlement Police members who served in
Notrim forces between 1936 to 1948. The ceremony held in Tel Aviv at January
29, 1964 with participation of the President of Israel Zalman Shazar, Tel Aviv
Mayor, the chairman of the Jewish Agency Moshe Sharet and seniors members of
