5 prutot Somerfin Shipping Token 1959-1960 The bakelite tokens were used in the cafeterias of ships of the Sommerfin line, operated out of Haifa, Israel from 1959 until about 1967, when it went bankrupt and was sold off. These uniface tokens were produced in denominations of 5, 25, 50 and 100 agorot. - token were in at least, red, green, blue, & yellow colors - 1959 would be prutot, and - 1960 would be agorot. |
