Tokens and medals of the American Israel Numismatic Association (AINA)

The American Israel Numismatic Association (AINA)is an organization dedicated to the study and collection of coins, medals, tokens, and other numismatic items related to Israel and Jewish history. It brings together collectors, researchers, and enthusiasts who share an interest in Israel's monetary heritage, historical coins, and the cultural significance of numismatics. Through educational activities and the exchange of knowledge, AINA helps preserve and promote awareness of Israel's numismatic history. Founded in 1967, AINA also publishes The Shekel, its journal featuring articles on Israel's coins, ancient Judaean currency, Jewish history, and medals. The association serves as a valuable resource for preserving and sharing the numismatic heritage of Israel and the Jewish people.
