A Hasidic community is a Jewish community that follows the traditions and teachings of Hasidism. It emphasizes spiritual devotion, prayer, joy, and a close personal connection to God. Many Hasidic communities are led by a Rebbe, who serves as a spiritual guide and leader. Different Hasidic groups, such as Gur, Belz, Satmar, and Vizhnitz, have their own customs and traditions. Hasidic Jews generally live according to Halacha (Jewish law) and maintain distinctive religious, communal, and cultural practices. Most of the hasidic dynasties are present in Israel, a few are located in other countries. On this page we also have included some blessing coins of these communities abroad.
